Twenty-three graduates of Adeyemi College of Education (ACE) Ondo have been conferred with teaching fellow award by the institution.

The award beneficiaries consist of six persons who graduated with First Class honours, while the remaining 17 attained the highest Cumulative Grade Point Aggregate (CGPA) in different schools in the college.

Speaking at the occasion, the Acting Provost of the college, Dr. Gbade Ikuejube, described the ceremony as unique, congratulating the beneficiaries for making the institution proud.

While emphasizing the need for the awardees to justify the confidence reposed in them, Ikuejube said the teaching fellow award was meant to provide mentorship and encourage other students currently undertaking their undergraduate studies in the institution.

He also charged the fellows to seek constant self-improvement and be conscious of their role as moulders of students’ lives.

The event was attended by principal officers of the school, Deans of schools, lecturers and students.
