They allegedly committed the offence on October 26, 2018 around 2:00am, at Ode Etikan via Igbokoda Ondo state.

The state  Counsel, Segun Akeredolu told the court that the defendants conspired to commit felony to wit robbery.

He said the defendants attempted to rob the residents of Ode Etikan Community of their transformer cable wires.

Akeredolu further stated that the defendants unlawfully had  a locally made barrel gun without a license in their possession.

The offences contravene Sections 516, 403, 3(1) 451 of the Criminal Code, Cap. 37 Volume 1 Laws of Ondo State Nigeria, 2006.

But  the second and third defendants who could not perfect their bails, were remanded at Olokuta Correctional Centre.

He adjourned the case till March 21, 23 and April 3, 2023.
