60th birthday: Oso bows out of Vehicle Inspection Service

It was an atmosphere filled with gratitude and joy as Principal Vehicle Inspection Superintendent, Sunday Oso of the Ondo State Vehicle Inspection Service bowed out of service.
Mr. Oso, who retired after 35 years of meritorious service also celebrated his 60th birthday anniversary.
Family, friends, colleagues and well-wishers gathered to honour his illustrious journey, marked by significant milestones.
In an atmosphere filled with joy, nostalgia, and gratitude, fond memories of shared experiences, challenges overcome, and successes achieved permeated the gathering, underscoring the impact Mr. Oso has had on the lives of those around him.
Speaking at the retirement and birthday event held at the headquarters of the Ondo State Vehicle Insurance Service, the Director, Alaba Adeleye, expressed joy over Oso’s life for the protection he received from God during his service year.
He acknowledged Mr. Oso’s exemplary service, impactful knowledge, and meritorious conduct without any complications.
Represented by his Head of Operations, Mr. Olowonniyi Kuti, Adeleye encouraged attendees to view traffic officers not as a harsh force but as individuals diligently performing their duties.
Speaking on his performance, his colleague, Mr. Fatokimi Fiso testified that Mr. Oso is a peaceful man that discharged his duties excellently.
In his community, Information Village, Mr Oso is described as “a vibrant and responsible individual, always eager to make positive contributions to the community,” by the Chairman of Landlords’ Association, Olusola Daramola.
Goodwill messages were delivered by Mr. Oso’s church members, family, friends, and neighbours, echoing unanimous sentiments that he is a commendable man, a friend, a devoted father, a loving husband, and a cherished neighbour to all in his community.
In a sincere expression of gratitude, Mr. Oso extended his appreciation to his colleagues, friends, and family who joined him to celebrate the special day.

. Oso Amos expressed gratitude to the officers for their unwavering support during his father’s years in service. He extended his appreciation to everyone who took the time to grace the occasion.
In his exhortation, Pastor J.A Kazeem, thanked God for the years spent and also called people to always make use of time judiciously and act well in whatever position they occupy.
Delivering lecture on “Preparing for Retirement,” Adekola Micheal emphasised the certainty of retirement for everyone, suggesting that every worker should prepare for retirement from the day of enlistment.
