The Registrar of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, Michael Sunday Ayeerun, has bagged a Ph.D. in Educational Management from the Institution.
This was announced at the 156th Regular Meeting of the Senate ,
Dr. Ayeerun obtained a B.Ed. (Second Class Upper Division) Degree in Adult Education and Political Science from the University of Calabar in 1972; a Posgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti in 1996; M.Ed. in Educational Management from AAUA in 2006; and a Certificate in Management of Higher Education Institutions from the Galilee International Management Institute, GIMI, Israel, in 2013.
He joined the services of the University as an Administrative Officer II in 1992 and rose through the rank to become the Registrar in 2016.
Dr. Ayeerun belongs to various professional bodies, including Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, FCAI; Institute of Personal Assistants of Nigeria, ACPA; Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators, ANUPA; and Association of University Administrators, AUA, United Kingdom.
