A House of Representatives candidate of the All Progressives Party (APC) for Irele/Okitipupa Federal Constituency in the forthcoming elections, Akintoye Albert, said the APC has nothing to fear in respect of the 2019 general elections in the country.

He noted that the victory of the party is sure at the polls going by good records of achievement by the APC led federal government.

The former member of House of Representatives who spoke at a forum in Akure, the Ondo state capital, noted that no other candidate or political party can match with president Muhammadu Buhari and the APC.

The ex-council chairman, also said there was no crisis within the party and that the little misunderstanding arising from the last primaries was being amicably resolved by the party leadership.

Albert explained that the party leadership had met with all aspirants in the last primaries with a view to amicably resolving the post primaries issue.

He added that winning the forthcoming elections is not a problem for the party as the records of achievements will give victory to the APC at the polls.

The House of Representatives candidate, equally commended the state governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for his giant strides and unwavering commitment to the infrastructural development of the state.

He expressed optimism that all the contestants for various elective positions on the platform of the APC in the state will emerge victorious come 2019, just as he advised Nigerians to remain committed to the party to ensure progress and development.
