Ages FC Eight Aside: Abiola Babes, Iwuanyanwu tackle trade in final

All things being equal, Ages FC’s Eight Aside Football Competition will come to an end tomorrow as Abiola Babes trade tackles with Iwuanyanwu Nationale in the final of the tourney.
The grand finale of the competition would be held at the Ijapo/Housing field, Akure the State capital.
Iwuanyanwu Nationale have won two and drew one out of their three matches to qualify for the final of the competition with 7 points and 3 goals, which was scored by Blessing Adeyemi.
While Abiola Babes drew three out of the possible three matches to earn a place in the final with 3points without scoring and conceded any goal.
In an Interview with the captain of both teams, Femi Filegbe said his team will emerge champions of the grassroots football competition due to hard work, motivation and understanding in the team.
“We have not conceded any goal in the tournament and we are going to maintain we make that our fortress and ensure we break the yoke of goal barren in the team by putting our name on the goal chart,” he said.
While is counterpart, Nosa Enabunlele averred that his team will not rest on their oars until they win the match.
“He added that we have started well and we would not be complacent in the final, we have the highest goal scorer in our team and we are banking on him to bite again.
“We are ready to stamp our authority as the league leader in the final by triumph over our opponent,” he said.
