Nigerians willing to go into business have been advised to venture into farming as it is the goldmine to financial freedom.
A farmer, Daud Adekile gave this advice at a seminar organised for unemployed graduates in Ikare Akoko, in Akoko North-East, Ondo State.
Adekile, a 2018 graduate of Banking and Finance, said have shifted to agriculture as a result of the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic.
The young farmer who was a facilitator in the seminar organised by an NGO said he was forced to go into farming business when he could not get a job .
According to him, he has since changed his attitude to paid job as he now makes good returns on his investments and also employed others on his farm.
He however commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his agricultural policies and the ban on foreign rice.
Adekile urged youths in the state to embrace the Youth in Agriculture project of the Ondo State Government, especially the cocoa revolution project.
