Aiyedatiwa, Alake to share insights on Ondo’s natural resources
Ondo Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and Minister of Solid Minerals Dele Alake are set to shed light on the state’s natural resources at the upcoming Ondo Political Summit.
Organised by the Ilaje Development Summit Group (IDSG), the event aims to offer valuable perspectives on optimising Ondo’s natural wealth for sustainable development.
In a statement from IDSG’s Executive Administrator, Rev. Adesola Omogbeminiyi Adebawo, it was revealed that Engr. Gbenga Komolafe, Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), will be the Guest Speaker.
Adebawo highlighted the critical roles played by both Komolafe and Alake in managing Nigeria’s mineral and petroleum resources, essential for the economic future of Ondo State. He emphasised that the summit is a vital opportunity to shape the state’s future ahead of the forthcoming governorship elections.
“This summit comes at a crucial moment in our state’s history. We are bringing together key stakeholders to chart a new course for Ondo’s political and economic development,” Adebawo stated.
He added, “With the leadership of Governor Aiyedatiwa and our esteemed guests, we believe the summit will ignite actionable strategies for a prosperous future.”
