Aiyedatiwa commiserates with Akwa Ibom governor over wife’s death

The Governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has commiserated with the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, on the passing of his wife, Pastor (Mrs) Patience Eno.

The news of the death of Her Excellency, Pastor (Mrs.) Patience Eno was announced Friday morning by the State Commissioner for information, Hon. Ini Ememobong.

The Commissioner said Mrs. Eno died after a brief illness on Thursday, September 26, in a hospital in the presence of her family.

Aiyedatiwa in a condolence message issued his Chief Press Secretary, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan to Governor Eno on Friday, he expressed sadness over the unfortunate demise of Mrs. Eno, describing her death as a great loss to the Church of God, Akwa Ibom State and the country.

He said: “Your Excellency, I am deeply saddened to learn about the passing of your beloved wife, Her Excellency, Pastor (Mrs) Patience Eno.

“My heartfelt condolences to you, the family, loved ones and the good people of Akwa Ibom State during this difficult time.

“Her selfless service, compassion, and dedication to the welfare of the people will never be forgotten. May her legacy continue to inspire and uplift future generations.

“May God grant you strength, comfort, and peace in this time of grief, and may her soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.”
