Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa has extended a heartfelt goodwill message to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Nigeria marks the one-year anniversary of his administration, lauding the President’s commitment to the nation’s progress under the “Renewed Hope Agenda.”

Aiyedatiwa praised President Tinubu for his selfless service and steadfast dedication to repositioning Nigeria on the path to true greatness.

Reflecting on the challenges faced by the nation, Aiyedatiwa commended Tinubu’s strength of character and courageous leadership.

“Mr. President, it is already a year of selfless service to the people of Nigeria. In all measures, the tasks have been herculean but the journey to reposition our country to the path of true greatness has been birthed in the Renewed Hope Agenda,” Aiyedatiwa stated.

Highlighting the policies and programs spearheaded by Tinubu’s administration, Aiyedatiwa expressed his appreciation for the President’s genuine efforts to reclaim Nigeria’s lost glory.

The Governor acknowledged the difficulties the nation has encountered and praised Tinubu’s proactive steps to address these issues, emphasizing his ability to listen to the people’s yearnings.

“Our nation, no doubt, has faced difficulties but you have shown strength in character and courage. You own up to these challenges and you have never stopped taking steps to mitigate them,” he noted.

He also stressed President Tinubu’s commitment to protecting Nigeria’s territorial integrity and his supportive stance towards other African nations. He highlighted Tinubu’s relentless fight to preserve democracy, a struggle that has been central to his political career.

“Your ability to listen to the yearnings of the people of Nigeria stands you out. The passion to protect the territorial integrity of our country while providing brotherly support for other African countries remains a badge of honour to your credit. Relentlessly, you have fought to preserve the Democracy you laboured to build even when it was against your freedom, safety and well-being”

“As you mark a year anniversary in office as the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, we reaffirm, as a sub-national, our continued loyalty to our great party, APC, and your administration with a commitment to remaining a strong and strategic ally in your Renewed Hope Agenda to transform the nation’s social, political, and economic environment,” Aiyedatiwa declared.

He wished President Tinubu continued strength and good health, expressing optimism for Nigeria’s future under his leadership.

“May Nigeria continue to triumph in your time. Congratulations, Mr. President,” he added.
