Aiyedatiwa lifts curfew in Owo as security situation improves

Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has approved the lifting of the curfew earlier imposed on Owo community in Owo Local Government Area, following an improvement in security and the peaceful conduct of residents.

This is contained in a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan.

With this development, residents can now go about their daily activities without restrictions.

The governor commended security agencies, traditional rulers, religious leaders, and other stakeholders for their efforts in restoring peace and order to the community.
