Akeredolu lauds religious tolerance in Ondo
Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN), has expressed satisfaction over religious tolerance among the people which has helped in attracting investors towards the socio-economic development of the State.
Akeredolu stated this during the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) VIP fellowship held at the International Culture and Event Centre (The Dome) in Akure yesterday which featured its General Overseer, Dr. Daniel Olukoya.
It would be recalled that Olukoya was in Akure from Friday, Nov.23, for a week long programme which included a crusade at Federal University of Technology, Akure and the foundation laying of 5000 capacity building at MFM Southwest Four Region.
Speaking, the General Overseer of MFM, Dr. D.K Olukoya thanked the governor for his presence at the meeting and prayed for God’s presence in the state.
The MFM General Overseer ministered to the people from the book of John 3.8 with the topic, “The Dynamics of violent prayer”.
Olukoya’s visit to the state featured a foundation laying of 5,000 capacity auditorium at the church Southwest 4 Regional headquarters in Akure on Saturday morning which followed by an open crusade at the Federal University of Technology Akure, where many healing miracles we’re performed.
Also as part of activities to mark Dr Olukoya visit to the state, visited St. John Primary School, Akure where he started his primary education and offered the immediate renovation of the school, a gesture which Akeredolu appreciated and said the State will forever remain grateful to him.
