According to a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Governor, Mr Segun Ajiboye, the governor who admitted that his death is a shock to the people of Ondo State and the entire country, hinted that the deceased would be missed by many people.

Akeredolu recalled that as a university teacher, the late Olu Agbi nurtured, trained and positively impacted on the lives of many people who have become great leaders in their respective careers.

As a diplomat and a politician, the governor submitted that the late Agbi’s arguments contributed robustly to discussions and issues that projected and promoted Nigeria’s image in the international community.
