Akeredolu set to lead APC campaign train in Ondo Central

Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, will today, Monday, January 30, 2023 lead the campaign train of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo Central Senatorial District.

The campaign is in continuation of the party’s Senatorial campaign rally which started last Monday in Okitipupa, Ondo South Senatorial District.

The rally will hold at Our Saviours Primary School, Esso Area, Ondo, close to St Stephen Anglican Cathedral.

The Governor, who is the Leader of the party in the State, will lead the campaign for the Presidential Candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima.

Governor Akeredolu will also canvass votes for the Senatorial Candidate of the Party in the Central Senatorial District, Niyi Adegbonmire, SAN and the three House of Representatives candidates in the three Federal Constituencies in the district.

The candidates are; Prince Derin Adesida, Akure South/North Federal Constituency; Tajudeeen Adefisoye, Idanre/ Ifedore Federal Constituency; and Abiola Makinde, Ondo West/East Federal Constituency.

Mr Governor will campaign for all House of Assembly candidates in the Central Senatorial District.

They are;Simeon Toluwani Borokini, Akure South Constituency 1; Stephen Abitogun, Akure South Constituency 2; Komolafe Temitope, Ifedore Constituency; Princess Tosin Ogunlowo, Idanre Constituency; Oladiji Olamide, Ondo East Constituency; Otunba Ogunwumiju Moyinolorun, Ondo West Constituency 1; Oladapo Biola, Ondo West Constituency 2; and Ologede Kolawole, Akure North Constituency.

The Governor will also present the party’s flag to the flag-bearers.

All leaders, members and supporters of the APC only in the Central Senatorial District are enjoined to troop out enmass to attend the rally.
