From Akinnodi Francis, Ore
The Industrialization drive of Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has been described as monumental.
Odigbo Local Government Caretaker Chairman, Babatunde Samuel Ikumawoyi said this in his office yesterday in a chat with The Hope.
He said when completed, the gigantic flyover and textile industry projects ongoing in Ore will boost commercial activities in the state.
He described Governor Akeredolu as a leader with great vision to industrialize the state through monumental projects across the Sunshine State.
“I am indeed happy to have such gigantic projects in my local government. Indeed, Mr. Governor has shown his love for us in Odigbo through these projects. Odigbo Local Government is the central point for all the collecting states.
“When the flyover is completed, it will reduce accidents at the junction and boost economic activities in the local government while enhancing buying and selling.
He said, “Like I use to say, Mr. Governor is an experienced and performing leader and if given the chance to lead the state for the second term, which I am praying for, he is going to turn the state around for good.
“Not that the money is there but because of his wealth of experience and love for good things, so he partners the China company to establish a textile industry here. We are indeed glad for the gestures.
“When completed, the era of costly materials for cloth will be over and that is why I have been giving him kudos, because he has been thinking aright to develop the state.
