Former Chairman of Ondo State Football Agency (ODSFA) Otunba Akinsola Akinbobola has faulted the process that led to the outcome of the state Football Association election conducted yesterday at the state Sports Complex, Akure.
In a statement made available to newsmen by his media aide, Kayode Samuel stated: “we discovered lots of discrepancies that cannot be overlooked in the electoral process”.
The statement added that “let me reiterate here that the whole process was marred by questionable flaws, to this end, we shall continue our consultations with stakeholders and our group after which the next line of action, we shall know.
“I plead with my teaming supporters and sports lovers across the 18 local government areas of Ondo state, and our admirers within the country to remain calm.
“We will not allow Ondo State to take a back seat in the sports development in this country.
