The Chairman of Ondo South West Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Dr. Ola Akinola has reassured his commitment and determination towards the growth of the council area.
Akinola said this during the grading of the LCDA secretariat at the council headquarters in Bagbe, Ondo.
He said, “I facilitated the grading of the LCDA Secretariat as part of my commitment to the growth and development of the LCDA to enhance easy access for vehicles and motorcycles as well the dwellers of Bagbe town”.
He said the grading of the secretariat and its environs is vital for Bagbe community and is also in line with the manifestos of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa during his campaign which is “OUR EASE.”
“I want to assure the good people of Ondo South West LCDA that we are committed to bringing ease to them through good governance.
“As representative of the people, we will be proactive in our quests to ensure that their interests are ably represented effectively.
”The grading of the secretariat which was part of good governance to every dweller at Bagbe town after a long time plan led to the hiring of the caterpillar to carry out the exercises.
“The dwellers of Bagbe and its environs are happy with the development and they want more to improve the status of the community.”he stated
This development, according to him, makes it the second time of grading the Secretariat and its environs like the public health centre and public primary school this year to make the places accessable to the habitants.
