Akogun Adeleye hails Olowo’s appointment as Chairman, Ondo Council of Obas

Commander of the Ondo State Security Network Agency, Amotekun Corps, Akogun Adetunji Adeleye, has congratulated the Olowo of Owo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye III, on his appointment as Chairman of the Ondo State Council of Obas.

Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa had announced the monarch’s appointment recently.

Adeleye, in a personally signed statement made available to the press, described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of the monarch’s leadership qualities.

He said, “This prestigious appointment is a clear recognition of your sterling leadership, unwavering dedication to the traditional institution, and relentless efforts in promoting peace, development, and cultural preservation across Ondo State.

“Your reign in Owo Kingdom has been marked by wisdom, dignity, and an uncommon commitment to the welfare of your people — qualities which have now earned you this statewide responsibility.

“Once again, congratulations on this well-deserved appointment.”
