Akoko youths hail Senator Ipinsagba for ICT Varsity Bill

The Akoko Youth Intellectual Movement has lauded Senator Jide Ipinsagba, who represents Ondo North Senatorial District, for his pivotal role in pushing forward the establishment of the Federal University of Information and Communication Technology.
The youth group praised the senator following the bill’s successful passage through the third reading at the Senate, describing the development as a major step toward advancing digital education and innovation in Nigeria.
In a statement jointly signed by the group’s Coordinator, Ayejuyo Temitayo, and Secretary, Oluwasanmi Alli Benbellar, the group commended Ipinsagba for his commitment to educational growth and youth empowerment.
“Your passion for education, digital growth, and youth empowerment continues to inspire confidence in your leadership,” the statement read.
The group also acknowledged the senator’s various empowerment programmes across Ondo North, noting their positive impact on the lives of constituents, especially young people.
They urged him to continue promoting youth-friendly initiatives that offer learning, employment, and leadership opportunities.
While pledging continued support for his efforts, the group expressed optimism about the future, stating, “We look forward to greater achievements together. Thank you for being a light to our generation.”
