The Lawmaker representing Akure North State Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Kolawole Ologede has commended the people of the Constituency for the rousing welcome accorded Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and his campaign team on Monday.

The Governor and his team visited communities in Akure North in continuation of his campaign tour of the 18 local government areas ahead of the November 16 governorship polls to mobilise support and engage stakeholders.

Excited by the show of love of his people which was evidenced in the massive turn our to welcome the Governor, Ologede described the gesture as historic and heartwarming.

He described the mass turnout as a demonstration of love of the people of Akure North for the Governor who he said is showing uncommon capacity and capability in the development of Ondo State.

Ologede who appreciated party leaders, stakeholders, community and religious leaders, groups for mobilising support for Aiyedatiwa, assured them that the Governor mean well for communities in the Constituency.

The Lawmaker enjoined his people to translate the massive show of love to vote on November 16 to ensure unprecedented victory for Governor Aiyedatiwa at the polls.

He promised that the Governor’s reelection will bring good tidings to the constituency, adding that Aiyedatiwa will not let them down in the distribution of dividends of democracy.

Ologede had during the rally said: “Governor Aiyedatiwa has shown genuine commitment to the development of Akure North and the entire state. We cannot afford to lose this momentum. I urge everyone here to vote for continuity and ensure that Aiyedatiwa remains in office to keep transforming our communities for the better.”
