The Chairman of Akure East Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Barr. Kayode Taiwo Samson, has congratulated Dr. Gbenga Donald Fasua, Chairman of Akure South Local Government, on his appointment as the Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Ondo State Chapter.

In a congratulatory message, Samson described Fasua’s appointment as well-deserved, commending his leadership and dedication to grassroots development.

He also extended his congratulations to Olawale Mutiu Mohammed, Chairman of Akoko North East Local Government, who was appointed as ALGON Secretary, and Adebare Adeboye, Chairman of Ile Oluji Oke Igbo Local Government, who now serves as the Public Relations Officer (PRO).

Samson expressed confidence in their ability to foster progress and unity among local governments in the state, urging them to use their new positions to advance development and promote good governance.
