The national delegation, headed by Committee Chairman, Barr Yakubu Bashir Bello, while addressing party members, emphasized the importance of the process.

He reiterated that the primary objective is to ensure that only financial members of the party are eligible to participate in the primaries. Given that the primaries will be conducted through a direct voting system, the accuracy of the membership list is paramount to maintaining transparency and fairness in the electoral process.

In response to the commencement of the revalidation exercise, Governor Aiyedatiwa expressed appreciation to the leadership of the APC.

He lauded the initiative, highlighting its alignment with the party’s core principles.

Aiyedatiwa emphasized the significance of the exercise in upholding the integrity of the party and its commitment to democratic ideals.
