An aspirant for the House of Representatives on the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC for Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency, Olukayode Ehinlanwo has described the change currently being witnessed in Nigeria as total.

Ehinlanwo said this while he declared his intention to the Ese-Odo Local Government Executive and leaders of the All Progressives Congress at the weekend.

At the meeting held at the Igbekebo Civic Centre, the APC chieftain said the APC led government at all levels in Nigeria has recorded giant strides.

“Our governments both at the state and the centre have shown great strides: The fight against corruption and insurgency is on course. Economic revival, prudent and transparent management of our nation’s economy and compassion for the social welfare of our people especially through the  national, – power, social intervention programme for school pupils among others. Not shying away from the great agric revolution on going.”

He said the All Progressives Congress, as a platform has come to cater for the  collective well-being of the citizens, saying that was why he intends to come out on that platform to serve his people at the House of Representatives

Ehinlanwo said the only way to complement the efforts of the state and federal governments is by electing people with reasonable understanding of what an effective and robust representation is.

“A representation hinged on diligence, transparency and accountability. These efforts can  also gather immeasurable momentum if we give our full support to our dear President Muhammadu Buhari ‘ s re – election in 2019. The looters are planning a stage back, but it is our primary resolve to say no.”

Responding, Chairman of the party in Ese-Odo Local Government, Prince Samuel Ajayi who commended the aspirant for his courage assured that all aspirants on the platform of the party will be given a level playing ground

He enjoined the aspirant and others to abide by the rules of engagement to the core.
