The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja on Friday unanimously affirmed the victory of Senator Ademola Adeleke’s victory in the July 16, 2022 governorship election in Osun state.
It will be recalled that the immediate past Governor, Gboyega Oyetola challenged the victory before Justice Tertsea Kume-led Tribunal panel, which in a majority judgement delivered on January 27, annulled Adeleke’s victory and declared Oyetola the winner of the poll.
