Argo Raak wins  Ondo 2019 Auto Rally

Mr Argo Raak of (Argotios Bike Showroom) has emerged the Champion of the 2019 Ondo Auto Rally held at Golf Course in Ilara Mokin ,Ifedore local government, Ondo State.

Argo Raak defeated other five contenders with the fastest time of two minutes 52 seconds to coast home with the winner of the 2019 off Road Race Competition organised by Work and Play  Nigeria.

Mr Eugene Kurdyasv came second with  three minutes 8seconds time while third position went to Mr Raph Topa with the race time of Three minutes 38 seconds.

While speaking with the Sporting Hope, Argo Raak who was the winner of the 2018 Super car category,revealed that he was able to achieve the feat through hard working and adequate preparation.

He said , “it’s cool, everything is in order, I have been preparing over two months for this race, putting our Borges cars in good shape.

I have been racing since I was  ten years old in Estonia and  I have been in Nigeria since 2001 doing different races all over Nigeria,” he said .

President of Work and Play Nigeria ,Mr Adeoye Ojuoko said they will continue to partner with others to ensure that Motors Sport  become a deeper engagement with the youth in the state and in the country at large.

“Our youth are doing well by dominating music Industry, but we are looking at a bigger pictures where our youths will step up in Motors sport.”

The winner of the 3rd Ondo Rally went home with cheque of (N500,000)Five hundred Thousand naira, while second and third position got (N250,000)Two Fifty Thousand and (N150,000) One Hundred  and Fifty Thousand Naira respectively.
