Former Nigeria Junior Basketball player and captain of Ondo king’s basketball, James Olabode has promised to collaborate with coaches and agents to further promote basketball.

He said he will use his wealth of experience in the game of dunk and slam to attract foreign investors to the country and ensured rapid growth of grassroots tournament.

Olabode stated this after he was certified as a basketball agent in Switzerland.

 He disclosed that he was inspired to obtain the certificate due to the poor management of the game by some unprofessional agents.

The Captain added that his  dream to become a certified agent was a long time ambition not only to have a deep knowledge and the rudiments of the game but to provide advise, guide to unearth the budding talents across the country.

He said he will also to provide technical prowess and more opportunities for talented Nigerian Basketball players to legitimately plied their trade in abroad, saying Nigeria is a hub for raw talents.
