The Provost, Adeyemi College of Education Ondo, Dr Samuel Akintunde has enjoined all newly admitted students of the College to justify why they were admitted into the institution.
Akintunde stated this while speaking at the opening ceremony of a five-day orientation programme, organised for the students, held in the College.
Akintunde congratulated the students and admonished them to take note of the details of the orientation exercise as “ignorance is not an excuse in law”.

She added that the orientation programme slated to hold for five days will equip the students with the necessary guidance on navigating the, “sometimes tricky, a labyrinth of their academic and social lives”, while they are in the college as students.
Ogboru noted that the college has zero-tolerance for indecent behaviours, and warned that any student that is not ready to live a decent and proper life, would face the wrath of the College.
The Dean expressed her profound gratitude to College Management for financial support and urgent attention given to any matter relating to students.
In her presentation, the Registrar of the College, Mrs Olufisayo Fakorede spoke on the Organogram of the College, urging the students to always channel their grievances to the Dean of Student Affairs, by putting their complaints in writing or proper documentation and adequate attention.
