F ast rising gospel singer, Adeola Folarin Ajiboye, popularly known as ‘Adeola Anointing’, has said that the only way to attain greatness is to remain focused.

Adeola Anointing, who is based in Akure and recently won the ‘Best Indigenous song of the year award, said, she loves praising God always “I am doing what I love”.

“What makes me happier is whenever I have the opportunity to praise God. This song like the others I have put out, have the sole aim of praising God and encouraging people to do the same in order for us to inherit the kingdom of God.

The musician, born and brought up in Ibadan in Oyo State, said she started singing at the age of eight.

According to the mother of three, she said despite many storms, God has been protecting her and has been guiding her path to greatness.

Talking about Nigeria Gospel industry’, she described the industry a loving place that has provided everyone with the platform and opportunity to showcase their talents.

According to her, “Despite that, in everything you do, you will see tribulations, challenges, there are lots of these in gospel settings.

“The only way to attain greatness is just to remain focused, have faith in God and be persistent in transforming souls with your God-given talent.

“It is only God that can take you to your final destination, no any other person except God, it is not necessary to some people, but very important to some who would love to reign with their creator.

“Only the living can praise Him. Being alive is a privilege, to organize a praise Concert, to gather people for the purpose of extolling God is a great privilege which I cherish so much.

“God loves praises, because it is the only thing we humans can give to Him” , she said.
