Expectedly, President Muhammadu Buhari will lead party big wigs and chieftains to the campaign venue, the M. K. O. Abiola Democracy Park in Akure.

Investigations by The Hope revealed that the venue is receiving last minute details and attention for sanitation and security.

Our correspondent who visited the venue saw women with brooms cleaning and mopping the seats in preparation for the very important guests expected at the event.

As at press time, several security vehicles and their personnel were noticed milling around the venue as part of the security measures to ensure a hitch-free visit by President Buhari.

The Hope correspondent learnt that all available hotels in Akure have been fully booked by the advanced team of the President and prominent members of the APC.

The presidential team which will also visit Ekiti State same day, is expected to arrive Akure at 12noon.
