Coaches to pay N500,000 for CAF B licence – NFF

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced plans to hold a four-month CAF B Licence Coaching Course aimed at enhancing the capacity of Nigerian coaches to tackle current and future challenges. The programme, open to both male and female coaches, is set to run between 7th April and 25th August 2025.
According to NFF Technical Director, Augustine Eguavoen, the course is part of the federation’s strategic efforts to strengthen coaching capacity nationwide and will be delivered in modules.
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be an active coach.
Hold a CAF C Licence used in the past two years.
Have proficiency in reading and writing English.
Possess basic computer skills and a laptop.
Own a valid Gmail account.
Provide a medical certificate proving physical and mental fitness.
Eguavoen revealed that the programme will accommodate a maximum of 25 participants, who will pay N500,000 by 31st March 2025 after successfully completing the pre-course assessment and receiving a CAF CMS registration link.
This initiative follows the NFF’s first-ever CAF C Licence course exclusively for women in 2024, which included 30 participants, many of whom were former Nigerian international players. The three-module course was conducted between July and September 2024.
