Commissioner charges Sunshine Stars players ahead crucial match against Rivers United

Ahead of the crucial rescheduled match day 12 tie against Rivers United in Porthacourt , Ondo State, Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Mr Bamidele Ologunloluwa has charged players of Sunshine Stars FC to see tomorrow’s tie as one that will redefine their season and career.

The commissioner stated this while addressing the players at the team’s hotel in Porthacourt ahead of the crunch encounter.

Ologunloluwa reiterated government’s commitment at ensuring that the players are well motivated at all times.

While responding the team Captain, Abe Sunday appreciated the efforts of the state government especially the sports commissioner who is always ready to give prompt support at all times .

A win for Sunshine Stars against Rivers united tomorrow will place the team at a vantage position in group B of the Abridged league with a last league game against already relegated Dakkada FC.

Sunshine Stars last away game in the league ended in victory with the Ondo State sponsored side defeating Niger Tornadoes by 2goals to nothing

The super 6 playoffs remains one of the targets of Sunshine Stars
