Ondo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Deaconess Lola Fagbemi has enjoined staffers of the ministry to remain a pillar of support to the present administration in the state.
Fagbemi who stated this at a meeting with the staff of the ministry yesterday said the Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu led administration is workers friendly and meant well for the state workforce.
According to a statement from the Press Officer of the ministry, Bisi Agboola, Fagbemi called on the workers to join hands with the government to ensure success of its desire for workers
While cautioning workers against rumour mongering which she said is self destructive, Fagbemi maintained that the present administration has been proactive in the area of regular payment of salaries and promotions
She drew the attention of the workers to the various developmental projects such as renovation works in the primary schools across the 18 Local governments Council areas, rehabilitation of various roads, Ore flyover among others.
