Commissioner urges CSO, groups to support Aiyedatiwa

Social Organizations, Groups and residents of Ondo State have been called to continue to support the present administration of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa in his quest at improving the infrastructural development of the state.

The State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Gbenga Olaniyi (esq) made the call in Akure.

Olaniyi noted that since assumption of office after the demise of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, Ayedatiwa has not only committed himself to the completion of the infrastructural projects initiated by the former Governor .

He added that the governor has also embarked on newly initiated developmental projects across the state aimed at positively touching the lives of the people.

He noted that Ayedatiwa’s administration has continued to put smile on the faces of workers and Pensioners in the state through payment of the one month salary arrears owed workers since 2017 and regular payment of salary, allowances and pension as at when due as well as regular promotion of Officers with the accompanied financial benefits.

The Commissioner, who commended Governor Ayedatiwa for intensifying security of lives and properties of the people in the state and also provided assistance to Farmers, Trade Organizations and Business Owners.

He therefore called on the people of the state to vote for the governor during the forthcoming gubernatorial election in November this year so as to continue his good work in office.
