Comply with COVID-19 guidelines PS charges schools

The Junior Secondary School J.S.S 3 students in Ondo State who are to resume this morning for revision to prepare for their examination have been charged to comply with COVID-19 guidelines as laid down by the state.
The charge was given by the Permanent Secretary of the state Ministry of Education, Revd Akin Asaniyan while speaking in an interview with The Hope.
According to him, government has put in place everything needed to ensure safe reopening for the students and their teachers as they resume.
He added that government has provided infrared thermometers which would be distributed to schools this morning as parts of measures to ensure safe reopening.
He enjoined the students to come with their nose masks, small sanitizers, probably little soap and water in their bottles.
Asaniyan who stressed that the state has its own strategic frame work that it is going to follow religiously, noted that the step is to ensure that no student or staff is affected by the pandemic.
He called for the need to cooperate with government in his effort to ensure that both teachers and students do not contract the virus.
