The Ondo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress Party, APC, Mr. Ade Adetimehin has emphasised the need for an uninterrupted party continuity in the state, saying this would enhance stable development pace done in Lagos state.

Adetimehin stated this during an interview with journalists in Akure, expressed concern about the level of abandoned projects in the state due to frequent change of government and Political party interest, noting that governance should be continuous but self-interest hasn’t made some politicians to see it as such.

According to him, what the current government in the state has done within two years is incomparable in terms of roads construction and industrialization, hence the need to sustain the fest by allowing continuity.

” if those industries kick off, the state will develop and ceased to be a civil service one. Governor had said during his campaign that development will come from the southern part, by the time seaport is put in place in igbokoda, people will troop in because we have the largest coastal line.

” By the grace of God before the end of this year, the bitumen will be in place, the man in charge is an Ondo state indigene”, he said.

Speaking on national appointments, Adetimehin assured that the party leadership in the state is going to play a major role to determine who becomes the Minister.

“This time around we are going to take best slot, the party is well positioned this time around.
