Council boss tasks workers on productivity

Chairman, Irele Local Government, Mr Olusegun Ajimotokin, has charged members of staff to be honest, productive and result-oriented.
Ajimotokin stated this in a meeting with the staff to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Local Government, held at the secretariat hall.
He promised to ensure enabling working environment for productivity.
The council boss reiterated his administrative drive towards prioritising workers’ welfare and to design blueprint that would address salient issues affecting the people in the council.
According to him, “enabling environment would amplify staff productivity, therefore, my government would intensify efforts in ensuring that the working environment of the workforce is upright”.
He expressed displeasure over the poor attitude of some workers, promising that outstanding staff would be rewarded at the end of the year.
The Chairman said he was committed to the renovation of Irele Customary Court beginning from next month to enable a good working environment for the staff and proper administration of justice.
