Cultists on our trail, family cries out
A family in Ado Ekiti has called out for help as they expressed fear that their matriarch, one Mrs Ajayi Eunice Oladosu is being trailed and sent threat messages by questionable and unknown men.
According to Mrs Oladosu, men who are suspected to be cultist trailed her from Ikorodu town in the early hours of November 19, 2019.
The 69-year-old grandmother explained that her assailants fired several shots into the air and gained access into her bedroom with continuous request for her son in-law (Mr Olufemi Shoyoye) and the daughter (Mrs Mojisola Elisabeth Shoyoye).
“They repeatedly asked of my son-in-law, Mr Olufemi Shoyoye and his wife, Mrs Mojisola Elizabeth Shoyoye’s whereabouts”
After she could not produce them, she said that they beat up the aged woman and her daughter-in-law (Mrs Bukola Oladosu) with severe injuries.
According to a spokesperson for the family, the mother and one of her daughters-in-law living with her are currently receiving treatments in an undisclosed hospital for the fear of being revisited by these men of the under world.
They claim that the family of Olufemi Shoyoye has been under serious threat and several failed attempted murder since 2008 when the head of the deadly cult group- wanted to force the wife (Mrs Mojisola Shoyoye into marriage in Mushin, Lagos State.
The uncontrolled threats and failed attempted murder made the couple to flee to unknown destination with their three kids for the fear of being killed.
There have also been reported cases of attack on two of his siblings (Omowumi and Tosin) of Mrs Mojisola Shoyoye who are also residents of Ado Ekiti.
