Ekiti State Government has commenced a massive recruitment process in the state as part of efforts at guaranteeing efficient and effective service delivery in the health sector.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health and Human Services, Mrs. Olusola Gbenga-Igotun, made this known in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti.
She revealed that Governor Biodun Oyebanji had approved the recruitment of a large number of health workers, as part of efforts at preventing shortage of medical personnel in government hospitals and making quality healthcare accessible, available, and affordable in the state.
Stressing that available vacancies have been advertised in the Ministry’s website and application invited from prospective candidates, Mrs. Gbenga-Igotun gave a breakdown of the vacancies advertised and categories of workers to include Doctors, Graduate Nurses and Nurse/Midwife at the State’s Hospitals Management Board.
She added that vacancies were also declared for positions of Nurse/Midwife and Community Health Officers in the State Primary Health Care Development Agency.
The statement advised interested candidates to visit https://mhhs.ekitistate.gov.ng/recruitment which would be open for two weeks from March 28, 2025, adding that only shortlisted candidates would be invited for interview.
