Elections: APC attributes victories to Akeredolu’s achievements

Excellent performance of the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidates in the last general election has been attributed to the leadership quality of Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

Publicity Secretary, APC Ondo South Senatorial District, Princess Funmilayo Nenuwa declared this in her congratulatory message to the party leaders and the winners

The party won the presidential election, three senatorial seats, eight out of nine House of Representatives and 22 out of the 26 seats in the state House of Assembly.

The Southern Senatorial spokesperson of APC, commended the party State Chairman,Mr. Ade Adetimehin and others for the unprecedented success recorded particularly in Ondo south that used to be the strong hold of PDP.

She said unprecedented performance of Akeredolu led APC in Ondo State is what the people reciprocated in voting enmasse for all the party’s candidates

Nenuwa particularly described the outcome of the March 18, 2023, House of Assembly election in the state as an eloquent testimony to the degree of acceptance of APC led administration by the good people of the State.

She said the effects of the first of its kind flyover in Ore and bypass in Okitipupa/Igbokoda are unquantified in the economic lives of people of Ondo South.
