Embrace peace, Odigbo LG youths urged

The Caretaker Chairman of Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State, Mrs Margaret Akinsuroju has stressed the need for  youths in the council area to always embrace peace and contribute to the development of the area.

Akinsuroju made the remarks at the weekend in Ore, headquarters of the Local Government, while addressing some youths, who came to felicitate with her shortly after her inauguration in Akure, by the state Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

The Odigbo council boss who described youth as essential segment in developing the nation, however charged them to cooperate with leaders in their various communities and settlements ensure more development in the area.

She disclosed that the present administration in the state under the leadership of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu will always initiate programmes and policies that would have direct impacts in their lives admonished them to also ensure development in their respective areas.

The Caretaker Chairman, noted that as future leaders, there is need for adequate attention towards their development in order to enable them achieve their potentials.

She however urged youths in the state to always cooperate with the Akeredolu-led administration by contributing their quotas towards its success by contributing their quotas towards it’s  success.
