Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has openly shared her deep yearning for motherhood, urging her fans to keep her in their prayers as she remains hopeful for the gift of children.

The popular actress made this emotional revelation during a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event she hosted on 2 January 2025, in Oshodi, Lagos. Titled Feed the Needy, the outreach was organised in collaboration with Seyi Tinubu to provide essential support to underserved communities.

Held at Temidire Primary School in Shogunle, the event witnessed a significant turnout of beneficiaries who received aid.

In her address, Eniola Badmus became visibly moved, shedding tears as she spoke about her heartfelt desire for children. She appealed for prayers, saying:

“Please continue to pray for me, always mention me, Eniola Badmus, in your prayers. I’m waiting upon the Lord for kids, I’m waiting upon the Lord for children.

“Please pray for me and more opportunities so that I can serve you better. With your prayers and God by my side, I will continue to work together with you people and achieve a brighter and more prosperous tomorrow for many of our people. Thank you today, thank you always, and thank you forever.”

During the event, the actress also took a moment to honour her late father, Alhaji Badmus, who passed away seven years ago. She requested a brief moment of reflection, saying:

“Before I drop the mic, I would like to have a one-minute prayer for my father who left seven years ago.”

The occasion was not just a demonstration of generosity but also a moving display of personal vulnerability. Eniola Badmus’s openness highlighted her strong bond with her community and her unwavering faith in a hopeful future.
