Firstly, set a clear goal:  setting a goal, announcing it, writing it down, telling it to friends and family who will hold you accountable and further pressed or influence you to work on the goals bit by bit each day.  Also set aside some time to brainstorm until your target is actualized.

Secondly, Practice the decision reached: as a business owner or an intending one, you must develop the ability to analyze a situation, absorb the relevant data and make a confident decision, because small businesses or start-ups can be ruined with indecision, and that is why making a decision with strong confidence is one of the most vital keys in entrepreneurial skills.  It is advised that you can practice decisiveness in real world or your personal life like ordering for goods or making plans for outings, practice making a small decision with confidence that will help, when you are faced with big challenges in your business.
