Ex -Commissioner, Mahmud emerges AOPDA President

It was fun and excitement on Sunday when prominent members of All Owo Progressive Development Association (AOPDA) filed out to elect new officers to run its affairs for the next two years.

At the end of voting, a former Ondo State Commissioner for Women Affairs, Dr Yemi Mahmud was elected as President while a senior local government executive, Mr Oladipo Olajide became her Vice.

Others elected include Dr Isaac Oladipo  Secretary to be assisted by Mr Bola Ogunbodede, Dr Segun Adeleye,  Treasurer; Mr Tolu Fasawe picked the post of Social Secretary while Ambassador Rotimi Ologundudu clinched  the post of Public Relations Officer.

Present at the well attended event were Chief Olugbenga Ale, Chief of Staff to Governor Akeredolu, Mr Dare Aragbaiye, Special Adviser to the Governor on Union Matters, Alhaji Jimoh Dojumo, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Security Matters, Sir Ademola Adetula, Chairman/Editor-in-Chief, Owena Press Limited and Mr Kehinde Badejo, Chairman, Ondo State Waste Disposal Agency among other members of the association.
