President Muhammadu Buhari, has approved the appointment of the Olowo of Owo Kingdom, Oba (Dr) Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye III, as the Chancellor, Federal University of Science And Technology, Bubara, Jigawa State.

According to a release by the Monarch’s media aide,  Sam Adewale, the appointment was contained in a letter  signed by the Minister of Education, Alhaji Adamu Adamu.

Adamu in the letter said that, Oba Ogunoye shall be presented to the university community and the wider public at a special organized investiture ceremony in due course.

The Minister also congratulated the revered monarch as he assume the prestigious leadership position in the University.
