Goods and property worth millions of naira were destroyed in an early morning fire incident that razed an entire building in Ore, the headquarters of Odigbo Local Government area of Ondo State.

The incident occurred at the early hours of Thursday at Sabo market in Ore .

This came a few days after a similar incident happened at Madam Sawmill in Ore.

The Hope Metro gathered that the razed building housed shops where food stuffs were sold.

The cause of the inferno was sketchy as at the time of filing the report.

Eyewitnesses who spoke with The Hope Metro recounted that the fire outbreak started in the midnight.

Our correspondent who visited the scene saw the shop owners whose goods were razed down by the inferno, lamenting their losses.

They called on the state government to come to their aid as their only source of livelihood have been razed down.

Meanwhile, the inferno was put off by efforts of residents within the area.
