Hand-cut Aso Oke making waves

Aso-Oke is a Nigerian traditional hand woven fabric that is used exclusively for special occasions like weddings, birthdays, naming ceremonies, house warming and much more.
Aso Oke is popularly known in Nigeria. It is common among Yorubas. Aso Oke originated from Iseyin in Oyo State. It is a hand loomed cloth woven by the Yoruba people of western Nigeria.
As the name implies, there are some cut out which create some holes around the hand area of the Aso Oke.
Aso Oke depicts royalty whenever it is mentioned. It is a symbol of ceremonial duties. This implies that Aso oke is not just a regular or casual attire that can be worn to any gathering.
Aso one has been in existence for a long period of time. But over the years, significant changes has been made in the way they are being designed.
