Heirs College, Nursery and Primary School ends session in grand style

It was a festival of excitement, display of colours, melodious songs, showcasing of God’s gifts and school nurtured talents as the management, students, parents and well-wishers gathered for a two-day celebration of the successful completion of another academic session at Heirs College, Nursery and Primary School, Oke Ijebu, Akure.
The special occasion which were held September 7 and 8, 2021 for the primary and secondary arms of the institution respectively will remain evergreen as it clearly showed how far the institution has come in its journey towards academic excellence and the steps it is taking towards having given students a better future.
Speaking at the occasion, the Head of School of the Nursery and Primary section, Mrs Abimbola Omopariola described the occasion as an opportunity to thank God for his continuous support in helping the institution actualize the dreams behind the establishment of the citadel of knowledge.
She also appreciated the proprietor of the school, Pastor Olagoke Oluwapelumi for setting up the institution where academic excellence is always a priority and the desire to continue improving on the gains made since its establishment.
“We thank the proprietor for establishing a school which keeps growing in strength and academic excellence. At Heirs Nursery and Primary School, we groom brilliant and intelligent students who after graduating move on to achieve many great things in life.”
Omopariola intimated people at the occasion about the desire of the school management to continue moving forward and having more great achievements to celebrate in the nearest future and beyond.
“We are continuing our journey of developing the school positively. Soon, our students will be getting involved in national and international school competitions. These are some of the dreams which the management have continued to help us achieve and we are working on achieving more in the future with God on our side.”
Omopariola encouraged parents and guardians whose children and wards are not yet enrolled at Heirs Nursery and Primary School to take the bold step of beginning the process of securing their children or wards’ future by enrolling them for the next academic session and see the difference.
In his address, the Principal of Heirs College, Mr. Festus Adetutu described the end of the session celebration as an opportunity for parents, guardians and well-wishers to see what students of the college are capable of as they will be displaying their talents and the trainings they have acquired.
He praised the proprietor of the school, Pastor Olagoke Oluwapelumi for not only having the vision of establishing a world class secondary school but also ensuring that the college continues to evolve as one of the best secondary schools not only in Ondo state but in Nigeria as a whole.
“Our school is a unique one. We do not just offer our students an opportunity to just get educated; we actually offer them the best form of education they can get anywhere. With this, we are able to ensure that they have the kind of future where they will be able to achieve great things in life. We are able to do these with the help of God and our founder.”
Adetutu added that Heirs College have the best set of teachers and always involving the students in activities that will make them very relevant in the society. He talked about the various programmes which the students are exposed to which will make them employers of labour rather than graduates awaiting white collar jobs in the future.”
He encouraged parents and guardians to make sure their children and wards’ future are in safe hands by sticking with the institution as Heirs College is the perfect place to groom future world leaders. He also called on parents and guardians who are not yet part of the Heirs’ family to enroll the children without hesitation.
