An upcoming gospel musician, Titilope Alonge, popularly known as Jesus Glory has said that introducing the work of God by winning more souls for Christ is her priority.
According to her, one of her challenges is that people don’t give her opportunity sometimes to perform with the thought that she is a young girl, and also a lot of persecution because she is into gospel.
“It has only been God in my life. I started singing since I was a kid but professionally I started six years ago and He has been wonderful to me.
According to her, gifts and talents may fail but the will of God stands for sure. “I am from a Christian home. My parents really built me in Christ and this really helped me to build my talent.
In an interview with Friday Extravaganza, Alonge stated that she wanted to impact lives positively through her songs
The artiste who hails from Ilesa in Osun State said that being the child of a founder of a church, she developed her music career in children choir, and since has continued to grow.
When asked how she is coping with her education and music career, the SS3 student from Fiwasaye Girls Grammar School Akure, noted that she scheduled her time for everything she wants to do, saying she does not allow one to affect the other.
The 16-years-old artiste, noted that Shola Allyson is her role model saying she love her style of music but her father is her mentor.
She noted that her father has good knowledge of music and he has been imparting the knowledge on her with words of encouragement
According to her, she chose music as a career, because of the love and passion she has for it.
Alonge stated that her album is coming soon and some are already on YouTube and Audio Mack.
Alonge stated that the first time she ministered, she was amazed and excited with people’s reactions, noting that they were hailing and jubilating over her performance.
She boasted that if there is complete instrument, she could sing for at least two hours non stop.
Alonge advised her colleagues not to hide their talents and should know that their talent is their pride, saying that they are to shine as light and bless the world.
According to her, she received her inspiration through the Holy Spirit, especially when she is alone and sometimes through her dream.
