‘I sing to win souls’

Anollywood actor turned gospel artiste, Adeola Testimony, popularly known as Adeola Omo Daddy has attributed all the successes recorded so far in his music ministry to God’s favour.

The artiste stated this while sharing his experience with Friday Extravaganza on how he started his music career.

Adeola said that his aim is to win more souls to the kingdom of God through the release of soul winning songs.

He noted that he also desires to develop music ministers by to teaching them the way and how to go about the kingdom music.

Narrating how he started, Adeola stated that he started his musical career in the church and from there he began to develop himself and discovered the purpose of his destiny.

“It was my father in the Lord, Pastor Isaac Omikunle that brought the idea of music to my way, before, I was an actor and movie director.

“Until I got born again, that was how I discovered the purpose and potential embedded in me,” he stated.

He said, he got inspiration through the help of Holy Spirit and also the help of scriptures, adding that,  Holy Spirit ministers to him the songs to sing.

The artiste who has been singing for over seven years now, said that his music career was a call.

Testimony who hails from Owo local government in Ondo State, revealed that he has not produced any album because God has not instructed him but has produced some singles titled’ OGO, MODUPE MORI AANU GBA’ to his credit.

He identified money as one of the major challenge in the ministry, noting that there are projects he ought to have done, but can’t become reality due to financial instability.

He urged gospel singers to believe in God, themselves and always be prayerful.
