Ilaje food vendors receive palliatives

The caretaker chairman of Ilaje Local Government area of Ondo State, Mr Otito Atikase has distributed food ingredients to food vendors in the council under the Federal Home Grown School Feeding Programme.
Atikase said the gesture was to assist the vendors to cushion the effect of the coronavirus pandemic, noting that he decided to do it, because the coast is getting clearer for schools to resume amid COVID-19.
In his response, , Mr Jolomi Francis, former Supervisor for Education in the council, and also their storekeeper, thanked the chairman on behalf of the food vendors in Ilaje under the Federal Home Grown School Feeding Programme.
His words: “You are a wonderful politician. You are very kind and you really impress us in Ilaje.” I must confess to you we are seeing this kind of gesture for the first time,” he said.
The vendors jointly prayed for Atikase declaring blessings , fulfilment of destiny and elevation.
